Kyle H. Barrick, J.D.
Kyle is a trust and estates attorney with over twenty years of experience. He is a former Associate Professor at the University of Utah and a member of the Estate Planning, Elder Law and Solo and Small Firm Sections of the Utah State Bar. He graduated from the University of Utah College of Law as a William H. Leary Scholar (Top 20%) in 2001. Kyle has worked in the Tax and Revenue Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office and as an associate attorney for one of Utah’s oldest estate planning firms. After starting his own firm in 2002, Kyle has prepared thousands of estate plans for his clients. He also assists with entity creation, (LLC’s, Corporations, etc.) probate and trust administration. He served as the volunteer attorney at the Heritage Senior Center in Murray, Utah for over ten years. Kyle and his wife have two amazing sons. In his free time, Kyle loves to play golf, travel, and spend time with his family.
